Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. If you need to cancel or modify, please contact our support team immediately via email. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard and click "My Orders" to view real-time tracking updates directly.
Are your products authentic American brands?
Yes! Every product we sell — including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Lay's, Doritos, Oreo, Hershey's, Heinz, and Kellogg's — is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized U.S. distributors.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer bulk and wholesale pricing on beverages, snacks, condiments, and pantry goods for retailers, distributors, and hospitality. Email support with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us for a full refund or store credit. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your Account Dashboard, go to "My Orders", and select "Request Refund" for the relevant order. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Product Guidance
Which pack sizes are available for retail vs. bulk?
Most beverages and snacks are available as single retail packs as well as cases and pallets. Items marked "Bulk Inquiry Only" are stocked for wholesale volumes — submit an inquiry and our trade desk will confirm case counts and pallet pricing.
How do you keep chilled products fresh in transit?
Temperature-sensitive items such as juices and dairy ship via dedicated cold-chain logistics with monitored handoffs, so products arrive in peak condition from the US warehouse to your destination.
